Nicolas D'Angelo : ""15_a," digital c-print, 195x295mm, 2005.
“Small Crafts,” Nicolas D’Angelo. These whimsical sculptures by Argentine artist D’Angelo transform small electronic devices into vessels for transporting dreams and messages. According to D’Angelo, electronics is a kind of parallel biology, “and inside the plastic container there is a dimension of solitude present in the mysterious combination of parts, the unintended beauty of the circuits.” His sculptures create an existence populated with silences, conversations, and paths of energy.

Dianne Lam : "Ensnaring Manic Moments,"acrylic, enamel, 25" x 11" x 31", 2007.
“It’s All in the Mind,” Dianne Lam. These new paintings by Lam, a Bromfield Gallery artist, continue to explore her vision of how things may be veiled, seen but not seen. While her past work focused on abstract paintings that verged on the figurative, or found physical expression through black screening, “It’s All in the Mind” builds up translucent layers of paint to act as a partially opaque barrier. Ambiguity reigns, leaving viewer’s minds free to oscillate between various states: will, memory, and perception.
